Last week we had a great Mother’s Day. All the kids participated in making Mom’s day a special one by preparing one course of the dinner. Sophia was in charge of the strawberry fruit salad.

Our Italian chef, Lavinia, brought us one of her families coveted ancient Italian recipes from the homeland…..a vegetable dip complete with vegetables for dipping.

Hmmmmmm! She is always one to “do it in style”!
