| The Frontier guys spent nearly the entire day on site |
Spent the day with my buddies, Russell and Dave from Frontier Communications and DISH Network today. We got the property re-wired for faster internet and TV in the lodge. It was not the usual install for the DISH man as I needed to pull cable between the two buildings through the underground conduit I installed a few years ago. The conduit is PACKED and it turns out I probably could have used a bigger conduit, but we got the job done, nonetheless… Steve, my local electrician also came out to survey the work and help plan for some additional items that need to be fixed and it was nice to see him again after a few years. I spent the rest of the day painting a few hive boxes and then to school to pick up the kids. We are moving back on site over the weekend with the movers hauling the “big stuff”on Tuesday! Can’t wait to get back home again!
As soon as I got back to Manitowoc, I got a frantic call from Emily only to learn that she forgot to gas up her car and she ran out of gas between Two Rivers and Manitowoc. So the early evening was spent getting her and her car back in running order so she could get to school and Swing Choir practice. We made it just in the nick of time!
