It’s been a busy weekend for us here in Sheboygan as we host Natalie’s brother, niece, and nephew and prepare our boat for a large party on the riverfront. The Fourth of July holiday in Sheboygan has always been enjoyable as our city does an excellent job of celebrating. One of the benefits of being located along the shores of Lake Michigan is that we also are treated to a parade of boats on the eve of Independence Day. The parade takes place every year on July 3rd and is sponsored by the Sheboygan Yacht Club. We had over 75 people crammed onto the decks of the boat during the parade resulting in a definite list to the port as the parade proceeded up the river! It was a great time and fun was had by all! Unfortunately, I was so busy entertaining that I hardly picked up a camera the entire evening. Here are a few pictures and there’s a link below to a few more.
