One of the enjoyable things about starting over with family is that I get to relive certain activities that I never had an opportunity to appreciate when my children were younger. In this case, Natalie’s children are very active in basketball while mine never were. While Cole’s 4th grade boys basketball team is fun to watch, nothing compares to the amusement one experiences while watching 3rd grade girls play the game. It can be a challenge knowing which basket to aim for, having to stop to tie your shoes, fix your pony tail or when is the perfect time to do a cartwheel in mid court as your teammates sprint past you towards the other basket. Never a dull moment is had, especially with Brynn and Kameryn dominating the court and taking up much of the ball time.
