Natalie and I drove to the local Vespa dealership north of Manitowoc last Saturday for a quick review of the scooters I ordered late last year. They are 2022 Vespa GTS 300hpe and they look fantastic!!! They are also speedy and aren’t your typical “scooters”. We can take them out on the interstate if we wanted to with top end speeds up to 85 MPH. I’m the conservative one in our relationship so it will be very unlikely you’ll catch me weaving in and out of traffic on the highways, but Natalie on the other hand might be tempted to push her limits.
Neither one of us has our motorcycle license so we plan to get those in May after our motorcycle safety course. Fingers crossed we are able to pass. Regardless, it should be a fun and novel experience for both of us.
