One of the benefits of Natalie’s retirement is that she now has time to experiment with all sorts of new recipes during the week. I come home from work never quite knowing what to expect. Some are great successes, while truth be told, very rarely others are undeserving of even being referred to as human food. Regardless, I am always thankful to try new entrees.
