The Inaugural Midwest Challenge sponsored by local company Mercury Marine was a huge success earlier this month as we experienced huge boats racing inside our harbor and within Lake Michigan. We spent Saturday and Sunday at the Sheboygan Yacht Club which was the center of action for the F1 races and we had a blast hanging out with friends and family!
On Sunday night, we went to dinner with friends Ryan and Rhiannon and even met up with a bunch of the racers in the restaurant, including Caleb Mead, the driver and winner of the 450 Factory Stock Class!
There are rumors this may become an annual event here at least in the short term and I hope those rumors are accurate because we would love to experience a repeat next year!
