The morning was quiet for a change as I learned early on that the children didn’t have school. After notifying each of them and hearing their tired “Yes!” responses, I got ready for my longer than normal commute to work this morning. While I do enjoy the quiet solitude of winter, I have to admit that I am starting to grow a little weary of all this. I have been through this many times before when you find it hard to believe there will be an end to the long Wisconsin freeze. I am very much ready for the warmer weather and new life that spring brings us each year!
