Safely returned back to Sturgeon Bay on Saturday morning. Take Five is out of the water getting final repairs completed after a launch gone bad at Bay Marine. Something that I thankfully did not a witness. Basically, the transom is being repaired along with a new swim platform being attached after it was started while in gear by the staff. It rammed the bow of a large sail boat behind her and tore a hole in the transom. All new hatches and vent coverings throughout as well as a much needed waxing. She is shining now! The boat is finally getting much needed TLC and will look like new when it is complete.
We also enjoyed setting up some beehives at a friends in Door County.
