I recently introduced Cole to radio controlled airplanes and it has been a huge hit! I used to mess around a bit with RC airplanes when I was in middle school and high school, but back then the airplanes were all gas-powered. Now about 50% of them are battery powered which makes life so much simpler. Also I don’t fly real planes anymore and this allows me an opportunity to enjoy the craft with little downside. His plane is an already built plane called and Aeroscout and it has been the perfect trainer! Last night we spent some more time flying at Deland Park and he continues to be more and more confident every day.
