Last monday as we were placing the swim platform we were alerted by the local Kiel tornado sirens that a tornado was fast approaching from the west. We left the platform and headed for cover and luckily it passed about 5 miles to the north with no damage to us. Below are a couple of pictures I shot to the north from the front yard as the storm was passing through.
