CNN reports that American cyclist Lance Armstrong crashed on the first stage of a five-day race in Spain today and was taken to a hospital by ambulance. He was seen pointing to his collarbone. Our American friend, Brian Christensen, is also riding in Spain as I type this. Interestingly, Brian suffered a near career-ending fracture of his collar bone riding his bike last year at this time while racing a 16-year old driver in a car in Sheboygan, WI. He denies any involvement in this latest accident, however, I question the chance that this is all a coincidence!
